Program Evaluation The Program Evaluation report is
an evaluation tool used in combination with other forms of measurement throughout
a contract year to provide a snapshot of what is happening within each
activity and are intended to use as a guide with program planning.
Some of the additional instruments used to look at the performance of an
activity includes: recommendations from the issues committees, fiscal and
program monitoring, and the Performance Based Incentive System. Each
activity is given a set of outputs and outcome objectives that are reviewed
by board members in the specific issues committees designed to address three
critical areas: Early Care and Education, Health and Safety, and
